Job Requirements

- Renewal Processes: Start and handle the full employee renewal process, following GMG SOPs and MOHRE guidelines.
- Documentation: Prepare and send all necessary documents to the Government Relations Department on time.
- Coordination: Work with different departments and people to manage renewals, including medical tests, Taw-jeep classes, and EID and Residency.
- Employee Support: Answer employee questions quickly and offer good internal help.
- Record Keeping: Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate.
- System Entries: Make sure all employee information is entered into the system correctly and on time.
- Internal Support: Help other departments when needed.
