As an Electrician at CBRE, you will check, fix, and take care of electrical and mechanical tools in your assigned buildings. You will make sure that electrical and lighting systems work well. Install new parts, and repair different components as needed.

Job Requirements

A high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma is needed.
3-4 years of related job experience required.
Master Electrician license required by local rules.
A valid Driver’s License is needed.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy items.
Experience with DDC and EMS is a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is important.

Responsibilities

Operate, check, and take care of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Fix and do regular upkeep on electrical systems.
Set up new equipment and replace parts as needed.
Make sure the equipment works safely and well.
Plan regular maintenance based on past records.
Offer dependable service and explain things clearly.
