What can you expect?
As the Operations Support Manager, your key role is to oversee daily operations in their Brisbane business. You’ll manage both the market floor and warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With a focus on market hours, your goal is to maintain warehouse efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction on the market floor. Your duties include stepping in during busy periods to ensure the timely delivery of quality produce. Once operations are optimized, you’ll contribute to the business strategy, support the State Manager – QLD, and help build a top-performing team for a successful business.
What will you need to do?
As the head honcho of their bustling hive, you’ll be steering the ship with a crew of warehouse wizards, market maestros, and support service superheroes. Your mission: make the daily grind extraordinary and hit those organizational bullseyes. Your to-do list includes:
- Foster a positive workplace culture under the State Manager’s guidance.
- Motivate and inspire team members to enhance overall productivity.
- Implement best operational practices for efficient day-to-day functions.
- Understand and manage budget targets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve metrics through strategic operational approaches.
- Effectively plan and allocate resources for maximum efficiency.
Remuneration:
The salary is given from $100,000 to $130,000 every month. They depend on the candidate’s job experience.
