Job Requirements
To do well in this job, you will need:
- Experience in aged or community care, or a strong wish to start a career in aged care.
- Empathy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow Uniting’s core values.
- Flexibility to meet the changing needs and schedules of our clients.
- Provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Preferably, a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or a similar qualification. If not, Uniting can help you get the needed qualifications.
