Job Requirements:
To Job for required some qualification has been required. The criteria have been the following:
- No formal education is necessary
- Less than 7 months of prior experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in dusty and hot conditions
- Physically fit, capable of handling heavy loads
- Keen attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Color-distinguishing ability required
- Comfortable with prolonged standing and various physical tasks like walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
Job Responsibility:
As a Fruit Farm Labourer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Tending to crops with a gentle hand harvest
- Skillful hoeing to nurture thriving fields
- Planting, nurturing, and watering crops with care
- Selecting stones or wood debris from the fertile soil
- Meticulously sorting and culling vegetables
- Harvesting a diverse array of crops: apples, asparagus, bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, field berries, garlic, onions, raspberries, strawberries, sweet corn, and tomatoes
